This custom home renovation project began when our clients sought our expertise before even listing their previous home. They wanted guidance in navigating their options, and together we explored various potential homes that could be transformed into their dream space.

Once they settled on their ideal location, we collaborated closely to plan a complete gut renovation. One of the highlights is the expansive luxury kitchen remodel, which we created by combining the dining room and the original kitchen. It now features what we believe is the largest kitchen island in the area: an impressive 16′ long x 4′ wide! Custom cabinetry and creative inserts were designed to align with their vision and growing family perfectly.

We addressed every detail, from new flooring to fully renovated bathrooms, and upgraded all electrical systems and lighting. In the master bedroom, we worked hand-in-hand with our clients to reimagine the space, removing all the walls to restructure the layout. We created his-and-her walk-in closets with bespoke built-ins and a stunning custom bathroom. Exposed trusses in the newly opened vaulted ceiling not only add unique character but also create an airy feel, making the space feel larger and more inviting.

The project also included exterior improvements to harmonize the interior transformation with the home’s façade. We enhanced the entrance and updated the landscaping, creating a cohesive flow from the exterior to the interior spaces. These thoughtful changes improved the overall curb appeal, ensuring that the home’s first impression matched the quality and elegance of its interior.
